Soup restaurant is FINALLY in KL!!! SG foodie while exploring other dining places at 1 Utama passed by the shop space that was to be Soup Restaurant's 1st branch and had been waiting eagerly for its opening! Now that it's opened, you can bet that SG foodie will be visiting it often.
For Malaysians who have yet to try this restaurant, SG foodie will recommend the soft and tasty Sansui chicken that is served with a bowl of minced ginger (SG foodie will shamelessly asks for a 2nd bowl of minced ginger every time teeheehee!). The hometown tofu, steamed minced meat with salted fish/salted egg, Ah Kong Fan Shu Ye (spicy sweet potato leaves), brewed soups and Penang Fried Mee Sua are also SG foodie's favourite.
Frankly speaking SG foodie has not ordered any dishes in Soup Restaurant that she hasn't ended up liking! The restaurant is giving vouchers for all diners now where if you spend any amount and they'd give you the same amount back in vouchers for your next visit (vouchers can be used for every RM50 spent only though).
