MUST TRY: SINGAPORE: Skinny Pizza

SG foodie received a voucher for Skinny Pizza from a Christmas lucky draw and immediately made her way there because Skinny Pizza is owned by the same people who owns House@Dempsey and SG foodie knows they make wonderful pizzas and drinks. Now this is after SG foodie had already had lunch with a friend so ya...

The waitress recommended a one of the top sellers, Bolognese pizza with Mozarella Cheese and SG foodie waited to stuff her face again. Now SG foodie had tried Skinny Pizza a few months ago with another friend and while waiting for the friend to arrive, SG foodie polished off a Thai Crispy Beef Salad with Coconut Milk Dressing all by herself, that SG foodie had enjoyed tremendously at House@Dempsey before. If you're not driving, SG foodie will also recommend that you try to Tiffin Punch too.

So a quick after-lunch lunch of pizza arrived, thin crispy cream-cracker-like crust topped with bolognese sauce and minced beef and layered with slices of mozarella cheese and some arugula (I think?) - one word - DELICIOUS!

As you can tell SG foodie don't believe in spending time working out so that she can have a long life but rather in having a FULL belly in a happy life! Quality not quantity! LOL! ;)
