Hokkien Fried Prawn Mee

The confusing thing about this is that in KL and Penang and Singapore, the words Hokkien Mee mean different things. In Singapore, Hokkien Mee generally refers to the Hokkien Fried Prawn Mee while in KL, this means a fried black-sauced thick yellow noodles (which is just as yummy!) and in Penang, it means Prawn noodles soup in a spicy Malaysian prawn soup that is also scrumptious!

So anyway I was missing Singapore one weekend and wanted the Hokkien Fried Prawn Mee and since it can't be found here in KL, I called the Loving Mummy (LM) who has cooked this for us many times. After getting the recipe, I ventured to cook this up. And needless to say, it was delicious! hehehe! Buay pai hor? (Hokkien: Not bad ya?)
